Like the philosophers of ancient Greece, we can consider any recorded sound as being constructed out of a collected series of continuous and instantaneous events in any given space. There is quality peculiar to any place. It can be found by the short moment of space captured in the sound.
The Piece from e/m/p/d/c/l/s includes a loop of field recordings. A loop of the short moment of the recording repeated by a 100 times. As a result of this we can taste the grain of time and space. The special features of a place become evident.
